The resort’s 2nd-floor restaurant boasts a modern, relaxed atmosphere, perfectly blending with the serene nature of Miyakojima. It offers both breakfast and dinner service, and we had the chance to experience both.

On our second morning, we enjoyed a traditional Okinawan set breakfast. While I usually lean toward buffet-style dining, the presentation and flavors of this meal had me smiling from the first bite.

Fresh & Flavorful: Local seafood and delicately seasoned dishes offered a healthy and light start to the day. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the mild udon soup was just what I needed to feel refreshed.

Picture-Perfect Presentation: Everthing was served in small, neatly arragned portions, making it almost too pretty to eat. (Spoiler: I ate it all anyway!)

While we missed out on the barbecue dinner (book this in advance!), we were able to reserve a table at the resort’s fine dining restaurant. Let me just say—it was a decision we didn’t regret.

Cozy yet Elegant: We scored a window-side table that offered stunning sunset views. 🌅
Impeccable Service: The staff was attentive, explaining each dish and its ingredients in detail, which added to the experience.

Appetizers: A light and refreshing bean sprout soup kicked things off. The tofu dish, filled with fresh local ingredients, surprised me with its subtle but delicious flavors.
Okinawan Octopus Croquettes: Perfectly crispy with a creamy, flavorful center.
Fish Steak with Squid Ink Sauce: A beautifully plated dish that tasted even better than it looked.
Main Steak Course: Melt-in-your-mouth perfection. I was so caught up in savoring it that I forgot to snap a photo! 🙃
