Gijang: My Healing Spot in Busan
Located deep within Gijang, Nanro Hoedam is a serene hanok (traditional Korean house) wrapped in stone walls and soft lighting. The sunset during my visit made the whole place look like a scene from a movie. The courtyard, complete with a pond and a bare winter tree, added a touch of rustic elegance that felt timeless.
Food Worth the Hype
The Star Dish: Jeollip Hanpan (전립한판)
We dove into the Jeollip Hanpan, a massive tray of pre-grilled 168-hour dry-aged black pork and fresh vegetables. Its overflowing presentation was a visual masterpiece, and the staff made sure we got the perfect photo op. Every bite was pure heaven, from the tender pork to the perfectly seasoned sides.
